Super Strings brings together Florida string players, who play violin, viola, cello and bass, ages 8-18, from throughout the state to play a musical composition with the PMP string orchestra under the direction of internationally acclaimed violinist and conductor, Itzhak Perlman. Super Strings musicians audition and participate in a preparatory workshop led by Sarasota-based music educators.
